Welcome to Qoviro. By accessing or using the Qoviro platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using Qoviro in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms. If you are using Qoviro on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Qoviro is a client portal platform designed for freelancers, studios, and consultants. The Service allows you to share files, collect feedback, manage approvals, and communicate with clients from a single workspace.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all files, messages, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Qoviro a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to upload it and grant the above license.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or be affected by outages beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

8. Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or via a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
